My stamping buddy and I were in a little shop outside of town when we found this oh so great cartoon buzzard stamp and I just had to have it. I know a couple of people who will be getting this for their birthday. The stamp comes with a ''happy birthday from the bluebird of happiness' sentiment which I have stamped on the inside. I have kept the card relatively free of embellishments as it is going to a male relative and as my husband once told me "we don't like a lot of frill" :O)!

Paper: Stampin Up whisper white, basic black, gumball green, tangerine tango (for the pinwheel), summer sun
DP: Stampin Up 'Be of Good Cheer' (gumball green polka dotted paper); large orange paper in the background bought at Michaels,
Embossing folder: crackled
Colour medium: Prismacolor markers
Embellishments: black half pearls, pinwheel (Doodle Pantry Mini Pinwheels Template & pinwheel cut out of tangerine tango paper and stamped on one side with the Spatter background stamp) ))

I have always thought this set was too funnny. I've never seen it in an of the shops I've been in though. You've done a great job with the masculine card. Even the special touches are very masculine. Love it!

Oh Glenda I love this stamp...I have a older friend who is male and this would be perfect for...Only I would add the sentiment of "Happy Birthday to an Old Buzzard"...lol I love this wonderful card. You always know the right colors to choose to highlight the image so well. And by the way, your hubby is right...this time..lol Hugz, joann
