Bunny Luv

It has been such a long time since I made a House Mouse  & Friends card so what fun it was to make this one using  the Stampendous Cling stamp Happy Hoppers 'Bunny Luv'. Three of us got together last Friday for an afternoon of crafting.We take turns on issuing a challenge, then get together and create. Our challenge for this session was to make a card using  a new stamp,  wallpaper, ribbon and brads. Was so much fun. I plan to enter this card into the House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge  with a theme of 'Anything Goes'

CHALLENGE  DATE: Mar.1st 1200 Noon EST- Mar. 24th 9:00 PM .   The challenge has a  featured  image that will be emailed to all who join the challenge using  a Doodle Pantry image . It will be available to challenge participants from Feb 1st to 24th only and can then be purchased online at the Doodle Pantry Shop. DPDC44 featured image is the  stamp set used for this post called 'Pig Carousel'!

 All other company images are  allowed, however only those who use a Doodle Pantry images will receive the  featured image digital stamp. All entries entered  are eligible  for the prize.

So Many Smiles

I have fallen for a new colour! My stamping buddy  lent me her Stampin' Up's  Coastal Cabana ink Pad and a sheet of the card stock to play with. Play I did and the above card is what I came up with. I love this colour and will be placing my order for it on the next go around. I paired it with a piece of Bo-Bunny's Back to Basic designer paper , a matching ribbon and flower ( from my stash), added a Whimsy flourish. a sentiment and I was done. Hopefully it is not too bare. The sentiment is from Stampin' Up's 'Petite Pairs' stamp set.

Paper:  Stampin'Up cardstock (Night of Navy,Whisper White,Gumball Green)

Desiger Paper:  Deja View Alpha Blocks 'Strips Blue/Green' . I cut off the blue stripes as the blue  was the wrong hue.

Colour: The image was coloured with Prismaclor Markers. I used  Copics for the fleshtones (E13,E00,E000,E02).

Die Cuts: Spellbinder's standard circles,  A2 Matting Basics A for the rectangle,   'deckled  rectangles ' die for the sentiment frame.

Punch: Stampin' Up's Word Window

Embossing Folder:  Cuttlebug 'Diamond Plate - used on the circle and barely visable.

Finished the card off with brads and a burlap strip.

Snowman Wagon Wheels

What a happy little scene with a  snowman, birds and snowflakes!
Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the challenge this week of Feb. 23rd over at 'Cupcake Inspirations' and the  inspiration this week is:

I took the colour of the three blue birds as my inspiration and  using one of the outline  images from the Doodle Pantry digital stamp set 'Wagon Wheels 1'  created my card. The image only has two birds, so I 

printed the image  twice and coloured one of the birds from the spare, cut it out and placed it on the left hand twig of the snowman. I now had the three birdies I wanted. The snowman's hat, two of the birds and the two side wheels were all made dimensional using double sided foam tape.
