The image(s) this month are two angel fish  drawn by Jean Chaney (Tangle Street). One is a fish with the zentangle pattern drawn in for you and the other leaves room for you to add your own pattern or not. I choose the pre drawn one.  

The images are titled Swish, the Angelfish and Swish Tangled. The underwater plant life is part of the image for 'Swish Tangled .

I printed out 3 images of the fish, 2 large and one small., coloured them with Prismacolor  markers,  and fussy cut  out one large and the one small fish. These two were then made dimensional with pop ups.

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge # 194  Under the Sea or At the Beach

Time for another fabulous challenge at Crafty Cardmakers.   Judy is hosting the challenge  this fortnight and the theme is either 'Under the Sea' or 'At the Beach'.  Anything you care to enter is fine, a card, a scrap layout, a mixed media piece, some home decor, as long as it matches one of the theme's .   Looking forward to seeing your makes!

 I choose 'At the Beach' using a Mo Manning digital image titled  'gloria'. The cardstock is from Stampin' Up, and the designer paper is from a DCWV paper stack called Razzel Dazzle (see here for a previous card using this paper pack). The image was coloured with Prismacolor markers and the skin tones with Copics. The flowers are from my stash and the leafy die cut is from a Cherry Lynn die.

Beccy's Place Family Snowmen

Beccy's Place monthly challenge July 2017: - create a  card or project using a Beccy's Place image.  I seem to still be in a Christmas mode from all the Christmas in July challenges so  used this delightful Beccy's Place pre coloured freebie digi called  Family Reunion .
The  green background was dry embossed with a Cutllebud folder with Snowflakes.

The image for the month of July is  Dog by Anne Fenton.

The design is from Bugaboo's Stella Says Sketch challenge #512 for July.

I coloured the dog with Prismacolor Markers and gave him a slightly clouded sky and   muddy ground. He just looked liked he would be be one of those  dogs that cannot resist a mud puddle. My card needed a bit of colour so colored the ball green  and the woof sentiment  was die cut from a piece of green scrap paper. The left hand border is from a Recollections paper pad titled 'Vintage Country'. The die cut scalloped type border is from Spellbinders 'Ironwork Accents' die set.

Bugaboo's Christmas in July 2017 Day 7 - final day of the week long challenge over at Catch the Bug. The challenge is :

The wonderful image is todays digital  Friday Freebie at Bugaboo.  Hurry over and download it.

I choose white and black for the card base/ background and embossed the white with Stampin' Up's Decorative Dots embossing folder. The reindeer & birdie were coloured with Prismacolor markers.  My pop of colour was cherry cobbler and the sparkle was created with rhinestones snowflake centers.The Merry Christmas sentiment is
 from Elizabeth Craft design #745 -Merry Christmas .
