Outlaws Progressive Challenge October 2016; The image this month is this adorable little tiger image by Gerda Steiner Designs. I made a little gift tag, coloured the image with Copics,added green embellishments for the circles and finished off with alphabet dies for the word 'hi'. I have entered this little fellow in the following challenges:
