Parrot Hello

This a smaller card than I normally make but mails good, should be regular post :O) I chose the coloured parrot from the May release at Doodle Pantry, kept it  simple, and  like how it turned out!

Doodle Pantry is sponsoring the Sentimental Sundays challenge this week with a theme of 'things with wings'.You must have a sentiment somewhere on your card. I  stamped mine on the  white mat.

Card Recipe       5 1/5 x 4 inch card base
Stamp - Doodle Pantry digital stamp  'Parrot Play Color', Stampin' Up 'Flower Shop'
Sentiment: Stampin' Up 'Elementary Elegance'
Stampin' Up card stock
Die cut  - Memory Box  Woodland Branch
Punch - Stampin'Up Pansy punch, Marvel 1/2 inch flower punch and Martha Stewart corner punch
Embossing folder:  Stampin'Ups 'Stripes'

    I love this parrot, Glenda! Magnificent card. Can you believe that I had the previous B&W outline set and it was the last image I colored right before Laurie released the color version? lol I had to go get the new set as soon as I saw it. Fab work on this one, my friend!

    Hi Glenda, such a great card. You must have a million dies and punches. =) I always love to see what you add to your cards for embellishments because of this. Your bird is so pretty and love how you did the corners. Good luck with all the challenges! Your cards always make me so happy!! =)

    Where the heck have I been? You have posted so many fun creations since I last popped in! You have been a busy stamper for sure...Love this parrot image-used to have a talking parrot when I was a kid, but it did squawk a lot too LOL! Thanks for bringing back that memory!
