Heart Balloons



This is  my card for the Outlaws  Creative Freebie Challenge. The image is by Sandi Huggett  and was one of the challenge freebies.  I coloured the balloons with Prismacolor Markers and made the middle heart  dimensional. The background is heat embossed and the stamp used is Stampin' Ups  Floral Fantasy. The  butterflies are from a Martha Stewart punch and the flowers , leaves and the large forest branch  are from die cuts by Marianne Designs..

    Glenda, love those pretty reds and pinks. Balloons are so pretty and love how you popped it up. I don't know why, but I think I have made more Valentines than I did Christmas cards. Go figure.
