Crafty Cardmakers Challenge #189 Floral Profusion

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge #189 Floral Profusion
Jackie is hosting the challenge today, and the theme is 'Floral Profusion'. We would love to see your creations covered in flowers, lots and lots of flowers.

As usual anything you enter is fine, a card, scrap layout, mixed media piece, some home decor, as long as it has lots of flowers on it.

Recipe for  my card is as follows:
Image: Local King Rubber Stamp 'Shadow Flowers'
Sentiment: Stampin' Up
Cardstock: Stampin' Up's Rich Razzelberry and whisper white
Ink: Stampin' Up's Rich Razzelberry
Punches: 'make' unknown for the four small flowers bought at Michael's
Die:Fabulous Phlox by Memory Box (large flower); Spellbinders Scalloped Circles
Other: white half pearls
Techniques: retiform for the flower background, edge sponging, and hand embossing for the rich razzelberry cardstock border.

  1. I love that stamp Glenda - it's so effective in the monochrome colour with the background. Another great card!

  2. This is fabulous, love the monochrome and that beautiful image, have a great week xx

  3. Really nice framing with the inks. And your little layered flower in the corner really adds so much dimension.

  4. This is so beautiful, Glenda! Love your monochromatic theme and that embellie flower is stunning.

  5. Glenda I haven't done a retiform for years and you've inspired me to try it again! LOVE the flowers and monochromatic colours!
