Flashlights and Gus

This is this years birthday card for my husband, I love Bugaboo's Gus images and this one just reminds me  of my hubby. Not look wise, but a Mr. Fix it who is  always complaining about dead batteries and looking for flashlights that cannot be found.

Stamp: digital stamp and sentiment by Bugaboo
Happy Birthday Stamp: Stampin Up
Background Stamp: Impression Obsession
Colour Medium: Prismacolor markers, and Copics for the flesh tones; Ink: Stampin Up's 'going grey'
Die Cuts: Spellbinders A2 Matting Basics rectangles, deckled rectangles; Memory Box  Woodland Branch
Technique: Heat Embossing
Other: drywall tape. Stampin Up 'candy dots'

    ahahahaha
    Your husband sounds like mine. Mine is obsessed with having flashlights all over the house in case the power goes out. He likes at least one on each floor! Even at the RV! lol

    Your card is so darn cute. It has such a fun feel!

    This is a fabulous card, Glenda! Gus is one of my favorite characters, too, and you've 'gus'sied him up perfectly in those wonderful neutral papers. :>D

    You sure you aren't talking about MY husband!!! This is so ding dong cute. I love the warm grays and those gray branches...kinda haunting like Gus can be...haha
