This card was created for the Crafters Digital Art Centers Progressive Challenge SERIES 3. 17(cdacpc17) Theme : "You've Got the Cutest Little Baby Face" Challenge #17 runs May 1st - May 15th! The Design2Delight image was one of five freebies available to pick from. You have to make one or more projects from the available images in order to receive the next challenges freebies and you must be a member of CDAC to participate.
