Card Details:
Stamp: Friday Freebie from Sassy Studio Designs called Bubble Bath; the background stamp is Rubbernecker's Bubble background
Punch: Fiskers for the border edging -wove turquoise/teal ribbon through the edging and a Martha Stewart punch for the flower branches
Die Cuts:Spellbinders for the ovals, Stampin' Up Sizzlits set Birds&Blooms for the flower
Other: Crimper for the solid part of the edged border, a pearl, and epoxy stickers for the bubbles (or at least some of the bubbles)
Note: Some of the bubbles appear to be quite dark in the picture, but IRL they are very light. No matter what picture I took my hands and camera were reflected in the epoxy stickers. Most annoying - finally used Paint Net to try and remove enough of the reflection out of the bubbles so you could not see the camera or my lovely hands:O) !Won one of the prizes at the Stella say Stamp challenge March 25, 2012
